Located in the heart of a rapidly changing area, in the 13th district of Paris, the Sanso Hotel*** is the ideal destination, whether you are travelling for leisure or for business.
Just a stone's throw from the National Library of France, the AccorHotels Arena (formerly Bercy) and Station F, come and discover this contemporary hotel with its immaculate and sleek decor.
If you are looking for a Gare de Bercy hotel, the Sanso Hotel is the place to stay. Indeed, our establishment is located 20 minutes walk from the train station, which means you won't have to "lug around" your suitcases in Paris.
Better yet, if you are not a big fan of walking, you can reach our hotel Gare de Bercy by taking the metro line 14 (metro station Bercy to metro station Bibliothèque François Mitterrand, about 2 minutes away).
Not sure that you can find better accessibility than our hotel Gare de Bercy if you arrive by train in the smallest Parisian station.
Visiting the capital from our hotel Paris 13 is extremely easy as the public transport network in the vicinity of our establishment is dense.
Your visits can start in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. Initially, the number 13 was to be assigned to the 16th arrondissement, but the numbering scheme of the arrondissements was rejected.
Why was that? Simply because of an expression considered unpleasant: "they got married at the 13th arrondissement town hall" which then meant "living together". The 13th was therefore allocated later, after the extension of Paris of this district in the south-east of the capital.
If you like to discover unique atmospheres, take the metro line 14 at the foot of our hotel Paris 13 and get off at the Olympiades stop to get to the Triangle de Choisy. It is the main Asian district of the capital.
You can also take bus line 62 near our 3-star hotel and get off at the "Moulin des Prés" stop to discover La Butte aux Cailles, a picturesque district where it is nice to stroll. Amongst other things, take the opportunity to admire the swimming pool with its magnificent Art Deco facade. Not far away, the Place d'Italie and the Avenue des Gobelins will be places where you will enjoy going out for a restaurant or a movie.
